Sesame Ribs – Keto

These slow-cooked, Asian-inspired ribs bring together bold flavors and tender, fall-off-the-bone texture in a simple, fuss-free preparation. The combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and warm spices creates a rich, savory-sweet glaze that infuses the meat over hours of gentle cooking, making it perfect for gatherings or a comforting family meal. The touch of sesame seeds adds a subtle nuttiness and visual appeal, completing a dish that feels both indulgent and thoughtfully balanced.
Packed with protein and flavor, this rib recipe is richly satisfying. Sesame oil provides heart-healthy fats, while garlic and ginger contribute antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. Using erythritol or a moderate amount of honey allows for a hint of sweetness without excessive sugar, and apple cider vinegar adds a bright note while supporting digestion.
