Hush Puppies

These gluten-free hush puppies offer a modern, wholesome twist on a classic Southern favorite. Made with a blend of cornmeal and gluten-free all-purpose flour, they provide a satisfying texture while remaining approachable for those with dietary sensitivities.

The addition of green onions introduces a subtle freshness, while garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper add layers of savory depth. A touch of honey balances the flavors naturally, and buttermilk ensures a tender, moist interior.

Lightly fried to golden perfection, these bite-sized treats are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them an ideal side or snack.
