Balsamic Honey Pears & Apples

This roasted pear and apple dish is a beautifully simple way to highlight seasonal fruit while enhancing their natural sweetness with minimal ingredients. By searing the fruit first and then roasting it gently, the flavors deepen and caramelize without added refinement. A light balsamic–honey glaze adds brightness and balance, while fresh thyme brings an herbal note that elevates the entire dish. Served alongside clotted cream and a touch of honey, it’s a wholesome, elegant dessert—or even a brunch addition—that showcases whole ingredients with both ease and intention.

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
