Hi, I’m William – a passionate cook, a believer in food as medicine, and a proud graduate of İstanbul Medipol University with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Cooking has always been more than just a hobby for me. It is a grounding ritual, a creative outlet, and a space where I feel free. The smells, the colors, and the textures have drawn me in since childhood. Since then, my cooking journey has taken me across continents, especially throughout Central and Western Asia, where I have grown particularly fond of Persian cuisine and its rich, complex spices.
My professional focus lies in combining evidence-based nutrition with flavorful cooking, particularly for individuals navigating chronic illnesses, food sensitivities, or autoimmune disorders. I believe that healing food does not have to be bland, and that everyone deserves to enjoy what is on their plate, no matter their dietary restrictions.
As someone who has lived with autoimmune conditions and celiac disease, I know firsthand the challenges of finding nourishing, satisfying meals that fit within medical & dietary boundaries. Many of my recipes are gluten-free and made from scratch, but I also understand that life can get busy, so I offer time-saving alternatives whenever possible.
This site is where I share my favorite globally inspired, nutritionally mindful recipes, along with tips, stories, and a deep appreciation for the healing power of food.
