Turkish Pizza – Keto

These mini “Turkish pizzas” are a protein-packed, low-carb twist on a classic comfort food, combining the fluffiness of baked cream cheese–infused eggs with a savory, spiced meat topping. Each bite-sized portion delivers the satisfying flavors of tender eggs, seasoned ground beef, and aromatic vegetables, making them perfect for brunch, appetizers, or a family-friendly snack. Their small, elegant size also makes them ideal for gatherings, offering a playful yet nourishing alternative to traditional pizza.

Rich in high-quality protein and healthy fats, these mini pizzas provide both flavor and nutritional value. Eggs and cream cheese supply protein and essential nutrients, while the beef topping contributes iron, B-vitamins, and savory depth. Aromatic spices like cumin, paprika, and garlic enhance the flavor while adding antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Together, these ingredients create a satisfying, nutrient-dense snack or meal that is indulgent in taste but mindful in composition.
